Yoga is back at Swardeston Village Hall 
Yoga with Rebecca at Swardeston Village hall on the following Wednesdays – new time 7.15pm – 8.30pm (6 weeks)
22nd, 29th March
12th, 19th, 26th April
3rd May
Please may you bring your own mat and own props where possible. As always wear layers and bring a couple of blankets.
I kindly ask that if you have symptoms or test positive for Covid-19 you do not attend sessions at the hall.
Payment Drop-in payment is £8.50 per session, useful if you cannot make all sessions.
Block payment is £45 (6 weeks)
Payment via BACS (email me for details) or Paypal (friend), cash or cheque.
