Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Swardeston Village Hall Trustees will be held at Swardeston Village Hall, The Common, Swardeston, NR14 8DL at 18:45 on Wednesday 13th April 2022 to transact the following business:

The minutes of the 2021 AGM are available on request by emailing the address at the foot of this notice. In the interest of public hygiene and for your own safety, we will not be handing out papers on the day of the meeting. We will practice social distancing and hand sanitiser will be provided.
